The design made for Skanska arrangement on levels from +1 to +6 of an office-commertial-housing building ONE SKANSKA, Building C. The design covers mechanical installations (comfort and fire ventilations, heating and cooling), sanitary installations (water delivery and sewage) and inside hydrants.
What we did:
- Installation of mechanical ventilation
- Chilled water installation
- Central heating installation (adaptacion of an existing executive project designed for Shell&Core phase)
- Inside hydrants installation
- Sewage system installation
- Installation of domestic cold and hot water with cyrculation
- IT room cooling system installation
