THE HISTORIC PALACE COMPLEX

The design documentation of sanitary networking in the historic palace complex in Mała Wieś, adapted for commercial purposes.

What we did: design documentation of sanitary networking including:

• the design of water and sewage networks, gas network and heating systems
• the design of water and sewage installation
• the design for utility heat water installation
• the design of heating and cooling installations
• the design of gas installation
• the design for mechanical ventilation, air conditioning and fire ventilation

This project covered designing all the sanitary networks and inside installations in a historic palace complex Mała Wieś. It included i.a. the building of the New Orangery, Servant’s Quarters changed into hotel guest rooms and the Coach-house where now a restaurant is located.

The historical nature of the buildings required extraordinary solutions. Przemysław Zalewski i Wspólnicy Company fully met our requirements and needs providing the design of an appropriate quality, at the same time showing a great experience, reliability and technical knowledge. The design was in compliance with construction laws and regulations and with the rules of technical knowledge, professionally and in time.
